Level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care
Newborn babies who need intensive medical attention are admitted into our specialised Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our unit combines advanced technology and highly trained healthcare professionals to provide dedicated care for our smallest patients.
The Neonatology Department at NICE Hospital is an accredited Level IIIA neonatal unit. This accreditation indicates our capability to offer the highest standards of care for complex neonatal diagnosis, surgery, and rehabilitation.
Our unit comprises eight intensive care beds and is fully equipped with the latest medical machinery to care for newborns with complex medical problems, including GE Giraffe incubators and advanced monitoring systems.
Because NICU procedures differ significantly from general pediatrics, our medical and nursing staff are exclusively dedicated and specially trained. A team of skilled pediatricians and neonatologists is present on-site 24/7 to address any emergent needs immediately.
For transparency and peace of mind, all beds in the unit are monitored by cameras, ensuring high-quality control and immediate observation.
