Dr. M. Padmanabh Reddy
NICE Hospital was founded under the guidance of Dr. M. Padmanabh Reddy, a highly respected pediatrician and public health visionary. Driven by the core belief that high-quality neonatal survival care should be accessible to all families regardless of background, he established the NICE Foundation in 2002 and subsequently founded NICE Hospital in 2008 in Hyderabad.
As CEO and Founder, Dr. Padmanabh Reddy spearheaded advanced neonatal intensive care models in the region. His focus on creating an accredited Level III Neonatal ICU (NICU) has directly contributed to saving thousands of critically ill newborns and preemies, establishing NICE as a trusted clinical hub in South India.
